AWARDS OF DISTINCTION

A limited number of awards in this category are given annually to individuals, choirs, institutions, corporations, or programs to recognize outstanding contributions to the choral arts in community, school, or church settings. Such contributions include outreach, education, diversity, sponsorship, or other significant advocacy work to the choral arts.

Nominations by MCA members are accepted throughout the year. Candidates are selected by an appointed MCA Award Committee each June and recipients are honoured at MCA events throughout the year, such as: MB Sings, ChoralFest, and the Manitoba Choral Association Annual General Meeting.
